What's new in Zerentry

Launched the glossary (OCR, AP automation, invoice data entry, 3-way matching), six new competitor comparison pages, and a curated /llms.txt + /llms-full.txt so AI assistants can cite Zerentry accurately.

Zoho Books connector reached parity with Xero and QuickBooks: original PDFs are attached to records on sync and the chart of accounts is seeded automatically after connection.

Platform admins can configure per-tenant custom limits (documents, storage, team seats) that override plan defaults. Overrides propagate to the billing UI and are audited.

The action inbox now displays amounts in the tenant’s configured currency instead of a hardcoded euro symbol.

Allocate a single Xero credit note across several invoices in one atomic operation, with a remittance PDF that reconciles cleanly. The mobile menu and DRAFT handling around credit notes were simplified at the same time.

When Xero rejects a sync, the real error message surfaces in the UI, and a one-click "Open in Xero" link jumps straight to the record that needs attention. Number-collision blockers are flagged up-front.

Previously Xero would occasionally auto-derive a wrong TaxType when the line was ambiguous. We now always explicitly set TaxType to prevent unexpected tax rate changes on sync.

When you sync an invoice or receipt, the original PDF or image is uploaded as an attachment on the Xero bill or QuickBooks record, so your accountant can always see the source document.

Webhook signing secrets are now fully per-tenant — no fallback to a shared organization secret. Existing tenants can rotate their secret from Settings.

Native OAuth connection to Zoho Books. Invoices, receipts and line items push directly with vendor details and tax codes preserved.

Vendor names are normalized (trim whitespace, consistent casing, drop trailing punctuation) before being pushed to Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books, eliminating duplicate contact records.
