How much does Zerentry cost?

Zerentry has a free plan with 30 OCR pages per month. Paid plans start at $29/month (Starter — 600 pages, 3 members) and go up to $79/month (Pro — 2,000 pages, 10 members, webhooks, WhatsApp support). Enterprise pricing is available on request.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 30 OCR pages per month, 20 AI chat messages, 1 user and email support — enough to test Zerentry end-to-end on real invoices and receipts. No credit card required.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can sign up and process your first invoices without entering any payment details. You only add a card when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.

What happens if I exceed my monthly OCR page limit?

Additional pages are billed at a small per-page overage rate (for example $0.05/page in USD). You can monitor your usage in real time from the dashboard and upgrade your plan at any time if you consistently exceed your quota.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically reverts to the free plan.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Yes. Zerentry automatically detects your country and displays pricing in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD where available. Stripe then bills in your local currency.

Does the price include Xero and QuickBooks sync?

Yes. Native Xero and QuickBooks sync is included on all paid plans — no separate connector fee. Once a document is validated, you can push it to your accounting software in one click.

Do you offer discounts for accountants or bookkeepers?
